1. Promotion Overview
Meow Mobile (the “Sponsor”) is offering three (3) winners one (1) year of complimentary unlimited talk, text, and data service on the standard Meow Mobile plan (“Prize”). This promotion is administered by Floppycats™ (“Promotion Partner”) at floppycats.com/giveaways and promoted via the Floppycats™ website and email list. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $408.00, which includes twelve (12) months of base plan service ($360.00), Recovery Fee ($24.00), and estimated applicable taxes and surcharges. The total ARV of all Prizes combined is approximately $1,224.00. Actual value may vary based on applicable taxes in the winner’s state.
2. Promotion Period
The giveaway entry period begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are void. The random drawing will be conducted on or about May 1, 2026, and winners will be announced publicly on May 2, 2026. All times refer to Eastern Time. Meow Mobile’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this promotion.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible, entrants must:
Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry
Be a legal U.S. resident residing within Meow Mobile’s domestic coverage area
Be a new Meow Mobile customer — entrant must not currently be, or have been within the prior 90 days, a Meow Mobile subscriber (one per household/account)
Possess or be eligible to activate a compatible, unlocked device (see meow-mobile.co/compatible)
Not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of Telco Papa Ltd., Meow Mobile, Floppycats™, or their respective affiliates
By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Meow Mobile and Floppycats™ each reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entrant who does not qualify. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit the Meow Mobile giveaway page hosted at floppycats.com/giveaways and complete and submit the official entry form with your full name, valid email address, and any other required information (“Entry”). The giveaway may also be promoted via the Floppycats™ email newsletter; recipients of those emails may enter by following the link provided in the email to the official entry form. Entries must be submitted via the official entry form only; no other method of entry is valid.
By submitting an Entry, you affirmatively confirm that:
You want to receive the Prize if selected
You are ready and able to activate and use Meow Mobile service
You consent to being contacted by Meow Mobile and Floppycats™ in connection with this promotion
Entry Limit: One (1) Entry per person, per household, per email address for the entire Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person, household, email address, or IP address will be void. Use of automated, programmatic, robotic, macro, script, or other means to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries are void. Neither Meow Mobile nor Floppycats™ is responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries, or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur.
5. Prize Description & Approximate Retail Value
Three (3) winners will each receive:
Twelve (12) months of Meow Mobile unlimited talk, text, and data service at no charge to the winner, including the base plan ($30.00/month), Recovery Fee ($2.00/month), and applicable government taxes and surcharges
Prize applies to domestic U.S. service only; excludes Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and international usage
ARV per Prize: approximately $408.00. Total ARV of all Prizes: approximately $1,224.00
Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable
No Substitutions. The Prize is awarded as described. Meow Mobile will not substitute, exchange, or replace the Prize with cash, credit, alternative plans, devices, or any other goods or services, except at Meow Mobile’s sole discretion if the Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
6. Drawing & Odds of Winning
On or about May 1, 2026, three (3) potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Meow Mobile or its designated representative. Winners will be publicly announced on May 2, 2026 on the Floppycats™ website at floppycats.com/giveaways and on the Meow Mobile website at meow-mobile.co.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The more people who enter, the lower each individual’s odds of winning.
7. Winner Notification & Verification
Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within two (2) business days of the drawing
Notification may come from Meow Mobile (support@meow-mobile.co) or from Floppycats™; winners should check their spam or junk folders
Winners must respond and confirm acceptance within seven (7) days of notification, or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected
Winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receipt
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, fails to return required documents, or is found to be ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected
8. Prize Activation Requirements
To claim the Prize, winners must:
Complete standard Meow Mobile account creation and activation within thirty (30) days of notification
Provide a valid U.S. mailing address
Have or obtain a compatible, unlocked device
Provide a payment method on file (required for any usage charges beyond the Prize coverage, including international usage)
Failure to complete activation within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner.
9. Prize Conditions & Ongoing Eligibility
The free service benefit is conditional on the winner’s account remaining in good standing throughout the Prize period. The Prize will immediately terminate - without refund, credit, or substitution - if the winner:
Violates Meow Mobile’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), including but not limited to prohibited activities, network abuse, unreasonable or abusive use, or any other conduct described in the AUP at meow-mobile.co/terms
Abuses the 24/7 Televet (Airvet) benefit as described in Section 7 of the Meow Mobile AUP and Airvet’s own terms of service at airvet.com/terms, including but not limited to:
Excessive or continuous use inconsistent with typical individual consumer behavior
Using the televet service for commercial, professional, or resale purposes, including providing veterinary guidance to third parties, shelters, breeders, or businesses
Sharing televet access credentials or enabling any third party to use the winner’s televet benefit
Contacting the televet service for non-pet, non-medical, prank, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate purposes
Attempting to automate or script interactions with the televet service
Any other use deemed abusive, unreasonable, or inconsistent with the service’s intended purpose in Meow Mobile’s sole discretion
Cancels service or ports their number to another carrier
Changes to a different plan
Has their account suspended or terminated for any reason under the Customer Service Agreement
Provides false or fraudulent information in connection with the promotion or their account
Uses the service primarily outside the U.S. or engages in excessive roaming
Engages in commercial resale or exploitation of the service
